2025
We participated in major events such as Gartner D&A and Gartner CIO. We earned the UiPath Fast Track Partner title and became an official member of the Rio de Janeiro Innovation Alliance. We were also recognized among the Top 30 companies in Mental Health 2025 and entered the ranking of the Best Companies to Work For in Rio de Janeiro for the fifth consecutive year.
2024
We marked our presence at UiPath international events in Las Vegas and attended the RPA+AI Expo SP. We held our first strategic planning event in Búzios and launched an internal incentive benefit for running, promoting health and well-being among our Smarthers.
2023
We were selected by several prestigious programs, including Indtech Lab, InovAtiva Brasil, Inovabra, and AI Collaborator, a US program that supports innovative AI startups. We participated in Web Summit Rio, the world's largest technology event, in its first edition in Latin America.
2022
We reached the milestone of 160 smarthers and received, for the second consecutive year, the GPTW, 100 Startups to Watch, and 100 Open Startups seals. We were selected for Scale-Up Endeavor, an acceleration program for rapidly growing companies in Brazil.
2021
We joined FIEMG Lab, Brazil's largest IndTech acceleration program. We were elected one of the 100 Startups to Watch by Pequenas Empresas & Grandes Negócios magazine, and reached 5th place in the GPTW Brazil Ranking in the small companies category. We also featured in the 100 Open Startups ranking, achieving TOP 2 in Productivity.
2020
We began international expansion with our office in Buenos Aires. We achieved the Diamond Partner and Professional Services seals from UiPath, becoming one of the first 10 companies worldwide and the first in Latin America.
2019
We inaugurated our first office in Rio de Janeiro and expanded our operations to São Paulo, initiating the anywhere office model.
2018
Smarthis was founded by Allexley Bernacchi, Rodrigo Ferreira, and Filipe Brauns, with the goal of supporting organizations in their challenges for digital transformation.
